In all 15 Littlehampton swimmers went to Crawley for their first long course competition of the season, just a week after our own open meet, with almost everyone swimming long course PBs and several improving on their county entry times.

Issy Charnock improved her 50 fly with a great swim earning her a Silver medal.

Tom Clark matched his long course PB, also winning Silver, in his 100 fly.

Para swimmer Joe Greaves swam PBs in all 5 of his events and won Bronze in the 400 free with a 9 second PB!

A great swim from Ollie Harvey in his 50 fly earned him  his Sussex Winter County qualifying time.
