All your Pre-water Mobility and post-water Static Stretching exercises are now here on our Strength & Conditioning pages.

This week Tina, our S&C coach, started our land training session off with senior swimmers leading the group in pre-water mobility. The whole group will take a turn to lead. They will also take it out to pool training and competitions getting junior swimmers in on the act.

We’re hoping to find an opportunity to get the Coaching team & Team Managers familiar with the basics so that they can oversee exercises are being done correctly.

Pre-water warm up and post-water stretching warm up the body, prepare muscles for exercise and prevent injury. They are essential parts of any swim session and must not be missed.
